Easy CV Match is a completely private tool. We DO NOT store, save, or log any personal data, CVs, job offers, or analysis results on our servers. All data is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after use.

2. Temporary Processing

During the use of the application, your data may be temporarily:

• Stored in browser memory (localStorage) only on your local device
• Processed in real-time by AI services (Claude AI, OpenAI, or other configured providers)
• Transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS between your browser and our servers

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use localStorage only to temporarily save your CV and job offers in YOUR browser, allowing you to edit and re-analyze without losing your progress. This data remains exclusively on your device and you can delete it at any time by clearing your browser data.

4. Third-Party Services

To provide AI-powered CV analysis, we use third-party services such as Claude AI and OpenAI. These services temporarily process your CV and job offer to generate the analysis. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these services if you have concerns about how they process data.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all data transmissions. However, since we do not store data, the risk of leakage is minimal.

6. Web Analytics and Error Tracking

To improve your experience and service quality, we use privacy-respecting web analytics and error tracking tools:

• Vercel Analytics: Collects anonymous usage data (pages visited, web performance) without using cookies and complies with GDPR. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Sentry: Tracks technical errors to help us identify and fix issues. Only captures technical information needed for debugging (error type, browser, operating system). Does not capture the content of your CVs or job offers.
• All these services are configured to minimize data collection and respect your privacy.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not store personal data, there is no information to request, modify, or delete. You have full control over your data at all times, as it only exists temporarily during your usage session.
